This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing times vary by product but typically take 2-3 business days before shipping.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once fulfillment has begun.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are determined at checkout and are influenced by the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Prices may vary according to these factors, and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees, which will be calculated based on the aforementioned criteria.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days after processing.
International Shipping:
- International shipping rates apply and vary based on location, weight, and package size.
- Delivery times range from 7-30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect movement after shipment.
- If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, follow these steps:
- Check your tracking information for any updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
- If the carrier confirms your package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to discuss resolution options.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with your local postal service.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
- Incorrect Address: If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.
- Returned to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or delivery failure, you are responsible for reshipping fees.
- Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address input.
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL delays).
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
